Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee ist ein laufintensives Teamspiel mit sieben Personen pro Team. Durch Passen der Frisbee spielt man bis in die gegnerische Endzone und fängt dort zum Punkt. Das Spiel lebt vom Spirit of the Game, bei dem Fairness und Spaß am Sport im Vordergrund stehen.
Double Disc Court (DDC)
Gespielt wird DDC im Doppel: Zwei Teams mit jeweils zwei Personen treten gegeneinander an. Besonderheit des Sports ist, dass gleichzeitig mit zwei Scheiben gespielt wird. Das macht DDC zu einem äußerst schnellen und taktisch anspruchsvollen Spiel.
Discgolf
Bei Discgolf werfen die Spieler*innen mit möglichst wenigen Würfen in Körbe. Die Golfkurse haben meist 18 Bahnen und fördern Bewegung in der Natur für alle Altersgruppen. Direkt in Braunschweig stehen zwei sehr schöne Anlagen zur Verfügung.
